From 1 September 2026, all companies in France must be able to receive electronic invoices — by law.

This applies to every registered business: micro-entreprises, auto-entrepreneurs, SAS, SARL, EI — no exceptions. Suppliers and government bodies will start sending e-invoices through the official network, and you need to be registered to receive them. The Receiving plan registers your company on the approved network so you're compliant from day one.
